Shredded Hashbrowns

Ingredients: Shredded Hash Browns (Potatoes, Dextrose, Disodium Dihydrogen Pyrophosphate (Added to Maintain Color), Potassium Sorbate (Added to Maintain Freshness).), Kosher Salt (SALT), Olive Oil (Refined Olive Oil, Extra Virgin Olive Oil.), Ground Black Pepper (BLACK PEPPER IN A LARGE SKILLET, HEAT BLENDED OIL AND MUSHROOMS SAUTÉ FOR 5 MINUTES. WHEN IT STARTS TO BROWN ADD IN SHALLOTS, CONTINUE TO COOK UNTIL SOFT. ADD IN COOKED FARRO, AND VEGETABLE BROTH. MIX THOROUGHLY AND COOK UNTIL EVERYTHING IS HEATED THROUGH. SEASON WITH SALT AND PEPPER, GARNISH WITH CHOPPED HERBS.)
